My buddy Ben asked me to do an aerial video of his new listing in Loomis.  This is my first attempt at using the Phantom 2 to showcase a home.  

The property itself is beautiful but it's the inside of this home that is the real gem.  It's amazing.   Once it hits the market I'll post a link to the interior pics. 

Sellers Feeling Good

Home sellers are feeling a lot more positive about the housing market.  Most home owners think the market will continue to improve this year and the reasons they give for selling their home is much more positive than the reasons they gave last year.

 

Trending in Real Estate

Homes are selling fast Nationwide.
But, even faster in the Sacramento area.  While the Nationwide average for a home being on the market of 8.5 weeks is the lowest since 2005.  The homes in Sacramento are flying off the market at an incredible fast 19 days.
