Capital Village Shopping Center

Stopped for lunch at one of my favorite quick lunch places in Rancho "I Love Teriyaki."  I had my drone with me so I took it for a spin.  I love the feel of this little shopping area.

Capital Village - Rancho Cordova - From 150 Feet Above

Capital Village is one of the more unique neighborhoods in the Sacramento area.   It does grab your attention when you drive by just because the homes stand out with their bright colors.

As a Realtor I always love showing in Capital Village because the properties are so interesting.  Not too many three story homes in Sacramento.

Rancho Cordova Park

I had a little time before a listing appointment in Rancho so I took the drone out for a spin.  I have fond memories of the park from my daycare teacher days.  We used to take the kids to the swimming pool on Fridays during the summer.  It was always fun teaching the kids to swim and escaping from the daycare center for a few hours.

The place sure looks different.  Was a nice surprise to see the new community center.
